Talk to Pediatrician on Baby Speaking Problem

Salam My baby is 2.2.year old.he speaks only mama n baba n gibrish language. woh b tab jab mood jo.eye contact thek hai.jab kuch chhaiye hota hai mera hath pakar ly jata hai n bat ko b smjhta hai.i m very depressed sab khety hain k yeh bolta q ni.mene screen time b kam kiya hai ....kud b bolti bht.par woh interest he ni leta. wat can i do?

Don't you worry much; some proportion of the kids start speaking when they turn around 2 & a half years, you just keep on talking with your baby and other family members too. When the kid is in better mood to listen to you, do keep talking in small simple words & keep repeating in an interesting way or manner.
Place few colourful toys with light and music around him and do talk about and sometimes place the pictures of different birds or animals and start giving him simple information and keep talking. The more you talk, the more efforts you put in , sooner r later he will start responding you in a positive way.
In case you find little feedback from the baby then after 2 & a half years, we will have to conduct few tests and the relevant medication will then be started.

If there is eye to eye contact, understands and responds to voice, says mama dada, sleep and diet are normal then you just need to give him more and more time along with other family members, specially sibs should play and engage him in playing, try to converse in simple and mother tongue. Stop screen time to zero, ( mobile, TV, video games etc)
If there is no improvement in next 2 months then must consult a speech therapist to avoid early autism
