Babies can have teeth at birth. they are called Natal Teeth. Normally they should be left alone. But if they are loose or causing injury to the babies tongue or to mother's nipple during feeding they can be removed by a dentist.

Thanks, this is quite normal to have tooth or teeth in new born babies,if they are not causing any problem then no need to worry but if they are loose or interfering with feeding then you must consult your child doctor for further action
