Vaccination schedule from birth till 6 months of life is same in government and private schedules. After 6 months privately we can go for extra vaccines. Remember government plans for 10 disease control and privately we can protect against 20 diseases. Choice always lies with the parents.

Basically vaccination schedule is almost same in private and government set up but some additional vaccines are also given in private set ups like chickenpox, typhoid,MMR as these infections are also common in our country.ur baby will have vaccination at 6 ,10 and 14 weeks then at 9months then boosters and so on. U can discuss with ur doctor in detail while u go for vaccination.

The chart that you have uploaded is okay. Kindly give your baby vaccinations according to the schedule uploaded. There can be different reasons for the difference in schedule as every country has a slight variation in their EPI schedules. The 0, 6, 10, 14 weeks; and 9 and 15 months is the schedule followed by Pakistan Government. Follow that. If you plan to for for private setups, just ensure that they are giving the all the necessary 10 vaccines that in the EPI program. A slight difference in the timeline is nothing to worry about. You can get further information on the Pakistan EPI website. Good Luck!
