My baby is very weak shes 1 year old but she looks weak from other children of her age . She was born early at 33 weeks. Now shes 1 year old can i give her cheese to get fat and kindly tell which cheese cheddar or any other and also tell some other food which can make her fat and fair because her complexion also got very dull.
what is her current weight.
you should give her soft diet 4 times per day about 3/4 plate and 2 times snacks.
add fruits,meat, eggs too in her daily diet
start vitamin.B complex to your kid.. giver her vidaylin drops 1 dropper O.D for 1 month
