When my baby born his teaticles size is slightly bigger but doctor said nothing to worry its norml ,now he is 3 month old 2 days back he had his 3rd vacconation too. Today when i touch hos testicle during massage to i feel lumps inside ,kindly guide me k jb testicle soft hta hain to us mai kuch lump like feel hta hai is it nrml r should i visit doctor.plz guide thanks
