Talk to Pediatrician on Breastdeeding

Assalamualaikum doctors. I need to ask I took a cough syrup yesterday named COFREST. I took a small dose and realised it shouldn't be taken during breastfeeding. It's been 24hrs. since my baby is on combination milk, I avoided him breastfeeding. Will it still harm? Can I breastfeed him now?
