small amount of milky vomiting is very common in babies and it settles down in 4-6 months.

As long as the baby is gaining weight and does not appear in pain during or after feeding then nothing to worry about and No medicine should be given.

If however vomiting is significant enough to cause poor weight gain or baby appears in pain or cries excessively this may be a sign of acid reflux which again improves by 6 months in general. Occasionally medicine may be needed for this.

good evening,
dear, it is completely fine if baby just vomits out a portion of feed, and not the whole he takes, and that too sometimes only.
make sure you take these precautions everytime you feed your baby:
1. maintain your baby's position more like he is sitting in you lap rather than lying while feeling.
2. keep your baby upright for 30 minutes after feed. don't let him lay down.
if he vomits everytime he is fed then again consult your neonatologist for further assistance.

you are welcome for any other query.

thankyou.

Salam
All babies regurgitate some milk, that's why napkins are made for neonates,
all you need is keep baby in upright position upto 45 degree for 20mins
after every feed.
