my son is 6 months old. Today he fell off the bed now the bruise appear on his head i did an icing on it what else should i do?

any episode of vomit? unconsciousness?
give painkiller if it seems like he is in pain. it will disappear on its own
if no vomit child active recognise parents give panadol drops and just observe
if there is no vomiting continue pain killer syp Calpol 2.5ml sos for 2 -3 day
if there is no vomiting, loss of consciousness, lethargy, any abnormal activity, no need for any active intervention.
you can give Calpol or brufen as previously advised on the forum
If no vomiting
Syp Calpol 1/2 tea spoon every 8 hrs
if ur baby active ,concious ,no voimiting then just give paracetamol and do icing
