My daughter 4.5 years done routine CBc and ALT test which shows some variation plz suggest some medicine for improvement is it serious variations?

Before discussing reports, always talk about symptoms, what was the reason you thought you need these tests for your daughter? Did she had fever? Did she had Jaundice (Yellowing of skin or eyes)? For how long? This is Important. Please add that information. It could be hepatitis but History of patient is necessary.

The liver enzymes (AST and ALT) is borderline high. The MCV is borderline low. It’s better to correlate it clinical with an appointment to learn more about what’s going on and why these labs were ordered and what other testing needs to be done.
