my baby is 5 months old and since birth we are giving him bf-1 can we now change the milk and give now lactable-1?
reason for change of milk? any complain of gi upset or diarrhea? for detail discussion u can book appointment

you can change the milk at 6 months to any step 2 formula milk. some good milk options are lactogen 2 (it's is cheaper and available in cardboard box as well), meigi 2, BF2, etc
