hi Docs. My child is 7 months old. I have been using morinaga milk for him. he is having health issues like vomit, loose motion. which milk should I use for him. his hb has dropped to 8 point now

at the moment start lactose free milk of morinaga brand for next 4 to 8 weeks.
and get tests done : stool D/R and Stool for reducing substance
only mother feed. if that is not then continue same but don't use feeder. how many days has been passed to loose motions?
give your child iron containing diet
- Continue Breast Feed
- Stop to give him Formula milk.
- Start to give him soft food i-e Yogurt, Banana, Khachri, Crealac rice etc .
- Don't give him Unani drugs i-e Gripe water etc.
