Yes you can. Since baby is four months old, you can start introducing solid foods. Solid foods have more iron than milk. At this age children’s iron stores start to deplete and they are more in need of solid foods.

Switching between formula brands is not a problem, even though many parents wonder if doing so may cause fussiness or stool changes in their baby.
