assalamualaikum Dr shb Meri beti jis ki age 6 month hai.usko boht Tez bukhar ho jata hai.uska face soojh jata hai.hur waqt roti hai uski medicine le rahey hai.dr kehtey hai usey namoniya ho gaya hai.hum antibiotics injection lagwa rahey hai.pr ye pochna tha keh hum injection lagway tu thek aur ager na lagwaye tu tabiat kharab ho jati ha.advice me please thanks
