Talk to Pediatrician on Child Fever

my daughter is 6years old 10days before she had fever for 1 day only in which she had cold hands and feet normal body and hot face, I checked temperature it was 100. yesterday she again had same at night 99.6 fever and was feeling very cold only her forehead was hot. she was fine for whole day and now again today at night she had hot forehead cold hands and feet 99.8 fever. she is also having cough
