In most children it's Normal and will settle with time but you show him to a consultant child specialist for finding out any disease
if the problem started just 1 day back, you can observe him for some days...try to maintain friendly behavior with child, donot scold him or mention his speaking in front of him. of the problem doesn't settle, you can book an appointment with pediatrician
