My 3.5 year old son once suffered from constipation and anal fissure...afterwards we had his treatment from many pediatrician,made improvement in his diet... Now he is in fine internally and he feel urge to defecate 3,4 times in a day and stool is also soft but he withhold the stool by every mean he feels scared while defecating that rectal bleeding take place with hardening of stool...please help.in this psychological issue..please.....
