Dear your child needs proper evaluation, seems like cerebral palsy , u can start Syp cerebral forte 2ml daily once and do physiotherapy and bring her to my clinic if possible for you for further advice , keep her on Syp Tres orix 2 ml daily once and Syp centrex forte once daily 2 ml for few months

If you are in lahore go to children hospital development OPD. She needs complete developmental assessment. Along with therapies.
