doc my baby have a lot of colic issue I give her pasmolex drops daily is it safe ?? have any side effects??? my baby is just 1.5 months

Give exclusive breastfeed to baby. Massage his tummy and give tummy time(make the baby lay on his tummy). Colic issue resolves in 3-4 months. Better to avoid medications.
