Talk to Pediatrician on Congestion, Cough, Running Nose, Night Sleep

My Child 2 years old girl. For past two weeks she has running nose, cough, congestion and not able to sleep in night. Whole night she is not able to sleep. Due to wether change she started. Please advice what is the issue and recommend medicine.

pour2 drops of Norsaline-p nasal drops 6hourly ,after each time just clean nose after 10 min ,specially at night .Give steam with simple water 3times a day ,,syp rigix 2cc at night before sleep ,in a half cup of neem garam water put 1 tsf of honey and use for cough ,give klaricid drops 1/2droper 2 times a day,if cough is persistent then use syp acefyl cough 1/3 tsf tds
