my daughter age 4.9yrs is getting cough on and off since 2 months its getting worse at night a montj before having flu, fever with cough doctor gave antibiotic and said severe throat from 2 days she got cough again which is incresing with flu no fever otherwise she is active taking proper meals tried all home remedies too

start syp reltus DM 1 and half tsf 3 times a day ,syp rigix 1 Tsp at night once,syp neopred 15mg/5ml 1tsf subho sham for 5 days ,if there is fever then also give syp velocef 250mg/5ml 1tsf 3 time for 5 days
then tell about thexresponse after 5 days
