Talk to Pediatrician on Cough And Flu To 7 Month Old

My 6 months daughter is having cough and flu since 2 days. She was having fever earlier with low and high temperature during a day. We took her to the doctor and they gave her the clinic medicine with ceclor drops. She still have a low fever for which we are giving her panadol drops now however she is now suffering from cough and flu. We Current Medication: 1. Panadol drops (after every 4 hrs) 2. D Max drops (1 drop a day)

if cough is severe use nebulizer after examination of child
6month baby with fever and cough need physical examinatiin ,treat with nebulizatiin.if continue cough,
you need to first know if there is fever actually or not. have you checked the temperature with a thermometer?
if so, what was the temp?
if it is less than 100.4 you don't need to give panadol drops. just keep monitoring temperature. if needed you can further consult me.
just make sure there is no difficulty in breathing or bluish discolouration. if so, go to doctor immediately.
Dear ...just 2 days e start kiye hwe hen so u take time atleast 3 to 4 days ...if cough severe then start cough syp with antiallergic after clinical examination + nebulize

Syp tempramine 2cc three times a day fr 5 days,syp babynol 2cc tds fr 5 days
I think its bronchiolitis
for this you need to do nebulize with 3% hypersonic saline and then do chest physiotherapy.
