Talk to Pediatrician on Cough And Sneeze - 3 Months Old Baby Boy

Salam, I got cough and sneezes along with runny nose a few days ago... then my 3 months old started coughing and sneezing occasionally.. us k kbhi kbhi "khard khard" ki awaz b arai hy.. I'm continuously usinv Normal saline.. but nazla sai se nikl e nhi ra.. kbhi kbhi sneeze k sath thorda bht nikl ra hy... kbhi kbhi cough hoja ri hy ... cough mai smjh mai ata hy k jese galay mai kuch hy us k... kya karun kese nazla saaf krun us k? Should i stop breastfeeding? Is this normal? Ku k uski runny nose nhi hy, na continuous cough hy na fever.

Ye sirf flu hai, us ki awaz chest me arahi hai.
Ap normal saline se nebulise kya kare. Jab bhi Khar Khar ki awaz aye to nebulise kar den. Bar bar nebulise Karne se koi side effect nahi hota

nebulize karen qith normal saline and norsaline nasal drop before feed den .,suction bulb use kren after nebulize ap nasal secretiin suctiin bulb se remove krden ,.ap apne liae qehwa,soup use kren med laen zyada masla ho raha he than mother feed pump kar k den

Looks like viral infection that usually spreads to other family members.You take plenty of water,hot liquids like green tea,soup and rest.For baby wear mask while you are feeding if you have runny nose.The sounds you are describing are either due to nasal blockage or due to viral infection that cause swelling of upper respiratory tract don’t worry for these.Before each feed open the nose of baby with one drop of norsaline drop in each nostril.Keep normal saline ampule in refrigerator for a while and use cold saline 3ml every 4-6 hourly .Keep an eye on danger signs like baby has fast breathing,high grade fever,difficulty in feeding ,dull or lethargic for these bring immediately to ER.Lastly in infection baby needs to be fed as much as he demands.
