doctor you're the hope and help of millions. thanks. my 3 mos old baby after getting her vaccination (14 weeks) threw up on the next morning and afterwards passing watery stool with yellow traces immediately after feeding. she's currently on mother feed and formula milk bcz mother feed in not enough and she was weak at birth. she passes 3 to 4 times loose stool but doing fine and playing well. should i take her to the doctor or it will get better?

3,4 times loose stools are normal at this age if she doesn’t have any other symptoms. Try to exclusively breastfeed the child and avoid medicines.

doctor my baby is still passing loose stool but not that much watery. everytime she takes a feeder she poops. it's been 15 days. she's active otherwise. the doctor suggested to try meiji lactoless. She is not meiji fmt since birth. Now she's not taking meiji lactoless because of taste. it's just the third day. can i give her meiji fmt again alongside mmeiji lactoless because it is still present in can. but she cries of hunger at night that's why i want to go back. can lactose free and normal formula be given simultaneously? please my feed is very low. kindly Don't mentiok it. thanks.

Get him checked by pediatrician
if baby active ,good feed than ok continue mother feed only
- Continue Breast Feed.
- Stop to give him Formula milk, if want to give Formula milk then you give with spoon, not in bottle.
- Small infants can pass 3 to 4 stool per day is normal.
- Here vaccine is not cause of diarrhea.
- Cause of diarrhea is bottle feed.
- Don't give him Unani drugs i-e Gripe water etc .
- Take care of Hygiene.
if too many loose stools get baby checked by a paediatrician

doctor, my baby is still passing loose stool. not that much watery but after everytime she takes a feeder. she consumes meiji fmt since birth. doctor said try meiji lactoless. no difference but my 4 months old baby doesn't like the taste hence not taking it. should i switch back to meiji fmt? I've still lactoless in the can becuse she takes it very less. can i give her speciality formula (lactose free) and normal formula at a time?
