hi i have 8.5months old daughter. She is on formula milk. i give her fruit veg purees suji but she is not a foodie.She doesnt eat anything easily.i have to distract her and then feed her.Her weight is 9kg my concern is how much oz milk is suitable for her age and which diet should i include and how much servings???

5 times mother feed rest food. its better to add one food once a week. initially she will ignore it but if you are determined she will take if u will keep trying.

Dear! your baby weight is not so bad ,its fine ..Your aim at this stage is not to make baby eat large meal at once ,but to introduce variety of foods. So feed smaller amount at frequent intervals so baby can eat & one thing more try not to repeat fruit or vegetables in the same week.This is the most common mistake.

Assalamualaikum. Your goal right now is introduce a variety of different tastes and textures. One new food per week. Her main source of calories is still milk, until she is 1 year old. Good foods for now are banana, yogurt, mashed potatoes, steamed and mashed apple puree, cerelac, sooji ka halwa, and let her taste whatever you are eating in very small amounts. Hope this helps.
