Dear mother,
Drooling is normal till 2 years of age, and it can increase during teething.
other signs and symptoms of teething are:
excessive crying
loss of appetite
slightly increase body temperature but not more then 38C
drooling
taking everything to mouth
so according to the symptoms you are mentioning and considering the age she is having issues due to teething.
what you can do to relieve her discomfort is:
Use a clean finger or wet gauze to rub your baby's gums. The pressure can ease your baby's discomfort.
A cold spoon or chilled — not frozen — teething ring can be soothing on a baby's gums. To avoid cavities, don't dip these items in sugary substances.
If your baby is especially cranky, consider giving him or her infants' or children's over-the-counter pain medications such as acetaminophen (paracetamol , others) or ibuprofen (brufen, others) according to weight adjusted doses(better to ask a doctor the dose according to weight)
The benefits of topical gels, homeopathic remedies and teething tablets haven't been demonstrated.
