Talk to Pediatrician on Dry Cough And Some Time Fever

I have three kids all having dry cough and some time fever as well little baby age 6 months , second baby 30 month and elder 4 yrs all having same issue since last three four months we also took medic en from different doctor , now all babies are taking cough syrup but no change in health could you guide what should i do .
