My 1 year old son had lil dry cough frm 3 to 4 days.cough is like he coughs 3,to 4 tym whole day n nt at night i given him green tea once in a day.today ge got up n he had a fever at 100.wht should i do now.thr is no travel history n no any such symptoms in any family members.he is also nt eating properly eating from 10 to 12 days as he eats before.
