Talk to Pediatrician on Eating And Constipation Disorder

My 2 years old son isnt eating anything from last 1 month He started eating solid food slowly then suddenly stopped eating everything doctor said he has a slight iron deficiency and started giving him multivitamin syrups. Nothing happend and he just started eating cerelac and milk. Now he only likes cerelac and doesnt even drink milk. He just take one bottle of milk in 24 hrs. Because of this issue now he's having constipation. He never had constipation before. I dont know what should i do i offer him everything but he refuses to eat. Only likes cerelac and just to fill up his stomach. I dewormed him as well.
he needs a proper diet plan. 2yr old should not consume cereals n milk. the constipation is due to a very unbalanaced diet.

Try eating together and don't lose your calm if he refuses to eat. Try to involve him in the process of making food and ask for his opinion like. Make a cup cake add butter egg no oil and ask him if he wants chocolate chips or sprinkles. This will develop his interest in food
Don't worry some children get afraid of eating due to bad experience with food and when parents force them to eat. If he takes cerelac try adding mashed banana or sweet potato into it.. Or add spice into it so he won't eat that and also give him hunger stimulater syp viophos 1tsf in morning and evening. If you want to go for herbal give him syp Chau arqa of hamdard 1 tsf in the morning noon and evening...will love to guide you more

Whenever i add anything to the cerelac he rejects it. A slight change in taste is not liked by him.
Now hes eating a very small quantity of cerelac as well.
Im worried for him that how hes gonna survive like this.

He needs a detailed physical examination to evaluate his growth status at present and dietary instructions to improve his diet . Please visit a child specialist and do not wait for a magical solution for your child.

I took him to the doctor many times. He just says that its a phase and hes gonna be alright. At that time he used to eat small quantity of other things but now he doesnt eat at all. He simply refuses to eat whenever he sees a bowl of food whatever it is.
Its been a month or two that my toddler is refusing all kinds of food now.
