Talk to Pediatrician on Egg Yolk Intolerant

My baby girl is 5.5 months old whenever I give her egg yolk she vomits until its completely out of her and after sometime she falls back to sleep. meanwhile she's fine while having fruits mashed banana suji kheer and other foods. Is she having some kind of allergy? should I stop giving her egg yolk forever? And is she intolerant too cakes and other foods made of eggs?

Your child seems to have intolerance to eggs. With an egg allergy right after you eat eggs, you might notice symptoms such as itchy rashes and swelling, especially around your face and throat.
Severe egg allergies can trigger a severe allergic reaction called anaphylaxis, which is a life threatening event that can stop breathing and consciousness. In case of any food intolerance or allergy best is to avoid taking it in any form. It is not uncommon to have intolerance or allergy to more than one kind of foods, such as gluten or dairy products. World Health Organisation recommends starting weaning foods after six months as the incidence of developing food allergies is higher if weaning foods are offered earlier.
Egg is never recommended before age of 1 year. Do not give egg before age of 1 year
