my son got fever 102 n had severe throat infection.hes on antibotics.he demands alot of water n fo frequent urine.all the day he demands water n do urine.i m very scared wat happens to him.medicine lene sy ek do din pehly b bht pani pe rha ta n urine tab bukar b ta n gala b.pehly esye kabi ni huwa.why hes doing this?
Have u gotten your son checked by the nearest doctor?
Please get him evaluated by a doctor if not?
Do not give him anti biotic yourself is that is what u have done.
Increased thirst is normal in fever. Child may drink more water.

Aslamulikum needs pediatrician physical checkup mandatory
he needs examination and few blood tests and urine tests as well
might be he developed pharyngitis if you consult with your child specialist then follow his medicine and keep your child hydrated,avoid fried or street food if you observe your baby is lethergy not taking oral feed or unconscious then took your child to nearby emergency
if antibiotic comolet and cchild cover throat inf than observe if continue throat inf and fever ist send urine test and electrolyte test .
it can be due to fever or Uti.
if fever is settled and it's still happening I suggest you get work up for diabetes as well.

And how is his fever now? Is he taking any brufen, paandol syp?

Okay. And how is his urine? Is it very yellow? How is it flowing; heavy or only mild drops.
Is urine painful? Is it smelly?
Again he is likely thirsty because of his antibiotics and fever as they cause dehydration. However is urination is too excessive like child going every few minutes to the washroom then it could be a sign of infection in urine as well.
I think u should reconsult your doctor. So that he can RE examine your child and see if there is any sign of dehydration or any other issue besides that.
It is natural to worry about these changes however Let the child drink as much as he wants until you get him reexamined, soon if possible. Just keep observing his fever.

Okay that sounds good that the flow is good and urine is clear. Which means the child is drinking enough water. And might not have any significant urine problems.
So are u saying that 7 day course has been completed? Or is he still taking anti biotics? What antibiotics is he taking?

Okay here is what u should definitely do then;
If the fever is under control, anti biotic course has been completed and child is now drinking excessively as well as passing more urine, it means that there is something still ongoing or a change that needs a reevaluation.
This child will need to get rechecked by a doctor so that they can satisfy physically that there are no danger signs here as with the brief history u have provided here does indicate towards some of them.
So as soon as possible take the child to your general practitioner or nearest paediatrician so physical evaluation can be done.
