Talk to Pediatrician on Eye Doesn't Open Properly

Asalaam alaikum! my newborn is 1 week old and the issue is he is doesn't open both eyes at the same time when he wakes up, he opens either right or left first (usually the right one) then opens another one after few seconds. sometimes he opens both but its very rare. sometimes when he look down to something one eye appears a bit droppy.

I'm really worried, it's getting me into depression. Is it pitosis?
