im attaching d pics.my son is having this rash type thing on face only from last 2 days i gave him cetrizine but its coming back again n its itching too.kindly suggest accordingly.
any fever?
syp rigix 1 spoon subah sham for 5 days, use only cotton shirts for him. calamine lotion can be applied to soothe itching

Syp Paracetamol
10ml three times a day 3 days
Syp Rigex /Avil
5ml twice a day for 2-3 days
Lubrex Ointment
Three times a day untill rash resolves
