aoa ,yes u can feed the baby ,but if u feel any kind of pain then stop feeding .generally its safe to feed in pregnancy .

no harm in feeding till 7month of pregnancy after 7 months baby in utero need more energy requirements to grow rapidly so it is adviseable to take off older baby off ur milk afterwards but if ur very healthy and can tolerate u can continue, on the same side by side give 4 to 5 small meals of soft diet to older baby and give him atleast 4 hours feeding gap for breast milk....gradually shift to bottle milk but keep solid feed more important then milk....fresh milk is not best as lots of growth problems so best is that when u stop mother milk shift to age appropriate formula milk. keep ur child growth follow up by child specialist regularly.
