Plz trust nature. pait bhar jata hai is liye chordea hai baby ne. bohat acha hai. continue mother feed exclusively till 6 months of age, then till 2 years.
abhi agar weight gain sahi hai, urine 4 to 5 times pass kar rahi hai then its ok & normal. don't worry

continue mother feed ,always mother feed best for baby and protect with infections ,after 6month if baby weight gain and active start food
