my 1.5 month baby got vaccinated.now he had fever.how many times n how much quantity of panadol infant should i gave him?kitne gante badh.hes 4.8 kg

Give him panadol Drops 3/4 dropper every 6 Hrly for 2 days....
Kindly document the temperature with a thermometer and if over 100F , give half a dropper of panadol infant. You can repeat it after 8 hours
Give him thuja 30 every 5 hours for two days
