Any other symptoms like cough , running nose etc, if not get rapid strep test, will need antibiotics if the test is positive, if the test is negative or having cough or running nose then likely the cause is viral infection.

- Stop to give Bottle feed.
- Stop all Cold drinks and ice cream.
- Cold sponge or shower bath.
- Give Syp. Panadol 1tsf 8hourly.
Syp. Augmentin 1tsf 8hourly
Bahtar to hoga aap aik baar isko physically dikhaden to idea ho ke kitna issue hai. Har maneenay fever is not good. Next time jab fevwr ho dikhana prega aur aik report karani pregi blood culture
