Your patient current issue is loose motions n vomiting so must be assessed by paediatrician for dehydration status and what about the weight of patient and current dietary habits. Mean while you may start syp zinc day 1 tsf once a day for 10 days along with ORS 100 ml after each loose stool or vomiting
