give norsaline nasal drop in both nostril 6 hrly and nebulize with normal saline 8 hrly .if difficulty in brething and fever chk by thermameter consult nearby clinic

Fever 1 din tha. I gave him panadol.
No other symptom , gave him arinac for just 2 nights only 1 droper.

Weight at the time of birth 3 kg. 20days baby

if this they intial stage of flu then give
1.norsaline p nasal drop 1 drop in each nostril
2.nebz with 2cc Normal saline
3.panadol drop 1/4 dropper but check fever with thermometer then give this

note: if baby have flu for more then 3-5 DayZ then take Consultation via online/physical which you feel better don't give self medication it's dangerous for babies
