Hi my daughter aged 7 months is having runny nose, i think she got flu from me. Kindly suggest some medicine for her
Dear parent, flu can be initial symptom of many illnesses, for the time being u can use syp desora 2.5ml OD for 5 days... And better to consult with specialist.

The runny nose your daughter contracted from you is due to some viral infection. Since it is not an allergy, allergy medicines or antihistamines do not work. Antihistamines are otherwise avoided below 2 years of age. Use Normal Saline containing nose drops or spray, 4 to 6 hourly; even before each feed it is safe. If the secretions are excessive or there is a nasal blockage you may use a bulb sucker to clear them. In case she develops fever 100.4F or more you may give paracetamol containing syrup.
