Talk to Pediatrician on Frequent Loose Stool

My daughter age.4 years was very fussy and cranky for few days. It's almost more than a week. She had fever 100 degree Celsius for 1 day. I gave her Calpol then. After 2 days she cried very badly moving head like she was in pain. Doctor gave her carmative mixture and ear drops and appitizer syrup for hunger has she has low weight that is 8 kg only. She was ok for 2 days in term of crankiness but today she is extremely fussy and cranky not eating nor taking milk ( lactogrow) passed full pamper loose poop ( not watery) 3 times. Otherwise she pass small hard smooth balls like stool. And once a week normal soft stool. Shes inactive, only want to lay down. Otherwise she's very active child playing all time. Her eyes are also droopy
