Wa Alaikum Assalam,
My baby is 40 days old and primarily breastfed. For the past 4-5 days, she has been frequently spitting up milk after burping. Sometimes she doesn’t spit up, but more often she does. However, when I give her Kendamil formula, she rarely spits up. I’ve also given her 0.4 mg of Motilium three times but that didn't worked for her. She spit outs mostly after few minutes after taking burp. Her birth weight was 3.2 kg and now she is of 3.9 kg. Jazak Allah in advance
This is bc of over feeding , decrease quantity of milk first every time , plus continue motilium 0.5 ml three times a day rest is fine
Baby usually spits up milk due to colic... kindly do tummy time, massage on abdomen or colic drops before feed
no need of any treatment.
just routine care and give mother feed only
When you will reduce quantity of milk she won’t spit out
Continue proper burping problem will resolved
its completely normal ,it will get resolve completely till 6months to 1 year of age
