if it got big and painful and pus comes then we give abx . otherwise just ignore. in this season it is common. if skin clean wash or bath 2 to 3 times daily . use ac. all will be ok

If baby has no fever then no need for antibiotics. Apply fucidin H thrice a day for 5-7 days
