My baby is 20 days old.he passes gas too much .and too much voices comes from his tummy.

just use colic drops only

babies up to 3 months of age can have colic. it then improves itself.
You may try colic drops or gripe water but it does not always work.
make sure baby burps during the middle and end of each feed
Baby who are on bottle feed usually pass more flatus bcz they ingest air in feeder also...use minicol drops for colic and abdominal discomfort...passing gas is normal if its few times / day
