Aoa. My 1 Month old niece is suffering from gas and spit up issue. Doctor recommended Dijex MP syrup. Can we give this syrup to her as its for older kids? please any paediatric guide me.

This spitting is common in this age. Nothing to worry ad and don’t give digex. Burping the baby after feeding is helpful, will resolve with time
At this age most of the babies spit milk around 3 to 4 times a day this is normal reflux and normally we dont prescribe medicines for this....
So stop every medicine, give more mother feed and 10 to 15 minutes burp.
