My son is 5 months old He's been spitting up a lot of milk, especially right after burping and even during feeding. During feed irritated rehta jese gas ya pain ha belly me. Baad me thora thora nikaalta rehta ha. It seems like more than usual.
He's on formula (BF1) and while he does spit up sometimes, it's gotten worse in the past two weeks. Now he's spitting up a whole feed baad me chirchira hojata ha and he's also constipated. Plus he has lost weight too. He has tongue thrush for which im giving nilstat drops. Its been a week but there’s no visible recovery. Kindly suggest me any medicine or should I change the formula? Im really worried

Give 2 drops of norsaline nasal drops in each nostril before every feed. After feed keep the baby in upright position for 20 mins. And continue nilstat drops for 5 drops.
Not for reflux. We are not sure if this is reflux or not. For that you need to visit.

I gave him mashed/pureed banana and egg yolk! Banana caused gas and constipation. I quit that after 3 days and started pureed boiled egg yolk! He liked that but that caused loose tummy with rashes!! Also i changed the formula to Similac total comfort 1, but milk spitting and thrush is still the sameee after two weeks
