A single very loud scream doesn’t affect hearing so don’t worry about it. Usually a prolonged occupation related loud noise exposure in older age can present with hearing problems but that’s not the case with ur baby :) To check her hearing at home, call her and see her response. If she is turning to u most of the times then it’s totally normal. This is the best test any mother can do with her baby at home. Hope it satisfies ur query, :) Stay home stay safe.

If u are not satisfied, u can book an appt with a doc on marham but most likely your child would be responding well. And yes a 3 month child responds to sounds by looking in that direction. Hope that answers ur querry. stay home stay safe
