Talk to Pediatrician on Heavy Dose Of Bio 21 Tablets (german)

My daughter is 2 years 2 months old. she took almost 10-15 or may be half of the Bio 21 tablets (teething) day before yesterday (16th Feb - Friday). she remained normal. Did not show any unusual/abnormal signs. but since today morning at 6:30am, she woke up and feeling irritated. kabi karwat change krti ha, kabi mery uper sir rakh k sonay ki try krti kabi neechy hti, phr end pa mujhe utha k mery shoulder pa sir rakh k soti ha. shoulder pa kch time sukoon sa guzara lekin phr tang ho ri ha. kch kha pi bhe ni rahi. doodh ya doodh patti k elawa. abi pichlay 1 ghantay sa kch so ri ha but wo itna soti ni ha. din ma 3 to 5 normally soti or phr raat ma 10-11 k as paas. aj pura din lqzy lazy sa guzara. 1 ghanta shayd kch active rahi.

please suggest some solution. is it serious ?
