AOA. sab se pehle Tou aap yeh dekhain ke aap ne measure kese ki hai height. bachi ko deewar ke Saath khara Kerain, peron ki eriyan, hips, shoulder and back of head should all be touching the wall, then take a cardboard piece or a foot ruler and place it on the highest point of head againt the wall. phir uss se zameen tak distance measure Kerain.
