hi this is Dr Bilal mazhar here. i would need a bit more history from you to exactly reach the diagnosis, but according to the lab report you dont need to worry much, its a thalassemia trait and most of children with this issue remain normal except for mild reduction in Hb levels. they dont require blood transfusions if they are on good nutritious diet and live a normal life. you need to get serum ferritin, TIBC, and transferrin saturation. start the child on iron supplements according to weight and see the response in few weeks.
can u please answer these questions?
any history of thalassemia or blood transfusions in family?
any history of early deaths in childhood in ur family?
is your husband related to you? like cousins
did this child get any blood transfusion?
has this child received any iron replacement therapy?
does this child has any other medical issue?

Hope you have been able to consult your child specialist by now. If not you may start the child on Folic Acid tablet 1 mg daily. I would rather wait for the results of Serum Ferritin, Serum Iron and Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) before suggesting Iron Tonics since usually body Iron stores are not low in patients with beta-Thalassaemia Trait.
