After feeding, bachay ko 15-20mins tak shoulder pe rakhein or burp kerwaeyin. Agar burp na bhe aye to 20mins tak Kam se Kam kandhay se lag k rakhein. Phir halki si karwat pe Lita dein. Aur feeding ka gap fixed rakhein. 1.5 to 2hrs k gap se he feed kerwaeyin.
